Important — hygiene notice: For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This protects the safety of all our customers.

Items Eligible for Return or Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item is:

  • Damaged or defective on arrival;
  • The wrong product from what you ordered;
  • Unopened and in its original, sealed condition (for change-of-mind returns).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products (for hygiene reasons);
  • Items returned without prior contact or proof of issue;
  • Free gifts and items marked as final sale.

Return Window

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issue or request a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Message us through our Contact page or Instagram with your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, a clear photo. We will guide you through the next steps quickly.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, or by an agreed method for cash-on-delivery orders, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the cost. For change-of-mind returns of unopened items, return shipping is the customer responsibility.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard return terms apply.

This policy reflects our standard practices and may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies, and it does not affect any rights granted to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
